Orienting and Enhancing New Faculty at Missouri S&T:  a Learning-Intensive University

This program is for S&T faculty who began their academic appointment at Missouri S&T during the past two years.  It is designed to ease the transition into life at this institution and the surrounding community, while enhancing their academic and professional impact for their own benefit and that of the university. The component of the program is the Freshman Faculty Forum, which will have twice-monthly meetings throughout the semester to address the concerns and issues that new faculty inevitably encounter.
